As President and CEO of Global Strategies for Good, I welcome you to our website where at Global Strategies for Good, LLC (GSG), we provide travel and tourism trips, high-level resource development and management, international business brokerage services, strategic planning and marketing support with a commitment to excellence, quality assurance and professionalism. The collaborative efforts of the GSG team will be directed toward the creation and implementation of an innovative, unique and strategically effective presence for our customers.
GSG offers a unique combination of stunning creative talents and meticulous project management capabilities. During all stages of our work, we provide prompt management services to insure that our work is in line with our clients’ needs. This includes organizing trade and medical missions, facilitating international business-2-business matchmaking, developing global symposia and workshops, to name a few. GSG develops comprehensive fundraising plans, writes grant applications and provides high-level relationship management services at all levels of project design.
We provide unique and creative concepts to assist in giving end users an understanding of the organization, conduct revision meetings, set timelines, and are on-call to answer any questions the client might have. 2016 Monrovia, Liberia Education and Business Trip Info!!!
On behalf of the Liberian Consulate in Atlanta, Georgia and the University Consortium for Liberia, we are pleased to invite you to participate in the 2016 Education and Business trip to Liberia, “Be the Agent for Change” on December 8-17, 2016, to help strengthen already existing relationships and to explore new opportunities between the United States of America and the Republic of Liberia, in the areas of Investment and Trade, Business and Education.
Trip fees and costs, including roundtrip airfare from Atlanta, Georgia to Liberia and return, includes a 7-night stay at a premier hotel in Monrovia, Ground Transportation, and VIP Receptions. Fees after September 1st $4,000/person.
This package is offered on a first-come basis while offers last and prices are subject to change! Fees are non-refundable. In addition, please be advised that you will also need a travel visa to Liberia. Single Entry visas are $131 each and are good for 90 days. The Liberian Consulate in Atlanta will be happy to assist here as well.
We welcome your participation in this exciting and engaging trip where you will interact with Ministers of Government, University Presidents, Faculty and Students and members of the Diplomatic Corps. Join us for a Bonfire at the RLJ Kendeja Beach and Resort and taste Liberian food and experience the unique culture that will help round-out your once in a lifetime experience in Monrovia, Liberia.
Purpose: The purpose of the Education and Business trip to Liberia is three-fold to include 1.) Pre-Planning Discussions for an Innovation and Entrepreneurship Form in Liberia in 2017; 2.) Sister Port Agreement Roundtable Discussion – Exploring and Strengthening Business opportunities between the State of Georgia and the Republic of Liberia and; 3.) Conducting a 21st Century Security Training Program to help strengthen Liberia’s police force and military.
We will also have the opportunity for courtesy calls with the Vice President of Liberia, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the U.S. Ambassador to Liberia. We are also happy to announce that Dr. Cheryl Dozier, President of Savannah State University, will receive an Honorary Doctorate at the University of Liberia’s December 14th Commencement Exercises, and you all are invited to attend this auspicious occasion.

Liberian Education and Business Conference Highlights
As Honorary Consul General Republic of Liberia and President and CEO of Global Strategies for Good, LLC, it gives me great pleasure to provide you with the “Issues in Tertiary Education in Liberia” 2012, The Global Bridge Connecting Education, Business and Community Conference, Impact Report for your review and consideration. We have attempted to provide you with a high-level review of the impact of the 2012 conference and a summary of the major discussion points of the panelists. We also shared highlights of the various meetings and site-visits held at the University of Liberia and Fendel Campuses and provided some recommendations and suggestions for next steps, including fundraising strategies, the execution of a Memorandum of Understanding between UL and CAU, and the launching of a 1-2 week student exchange program between the UL and CAU student government associations next year, to name a few.
We know that there is much work left to be done. However, we are committed to moving this work forward with Clark Atlanta University, the Association of Liberian Universities (ALU) , business stakeholders and the community to help further the discussions on improving tertiary education in Liberia. We are particularly interested in furthering our discussions with the business community to better understand the skills needed to help put people to work and to help improve the quality of life for Liberians.
